Dr. Steven M. Kurtz is the founder and CEO of Gyroid LLC, specializing in additive manufacturing and implant technologies. With over 28 years of experience, he also serves as Director of the Implant Research Core and a part-time Research Professor at Drexel University. Dr. Kurtz’s expertise includes the development of 3D-printed orthopaedic, spine, and trauma implants, and he has co-authored studies on materials like porous PEEK and UHMWPE composites for medical applications.
