Dr. Neha Sharma is a CMF surgeon-scientist with a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, working at the intersection of surgery, 3D printing, and personalized healthcare. She serves as Deputy Director of the Swiss MAM Research Group and the 3D Print Lab at University Hospital Basel, where she leads translational projects in surgical design, biomaterials, and point-of-care manufacturing. As Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of POCAPP AG, a MedTech startup, she drives the clinical validation and integration of innovative medical technologies into surgical practice.
