Davy Orye
Davy Orye is an additive manufacturing (AM) thought leader with extensive experience in application development for various industries and a background in materials science and engineering. Davy’s professional career began as a project engineer developing and additively manufactured medical implants for the global market. Currently, Davy is head of Additive Minds EMEA at EOS GmbH. The Additive Minds team focuses on identifying current market needs, potential new areas of AM utilization and helps to develop AM applications through education, co-engineering, and consulting. Prior to this role, Davy was an Additive Minds consultant and team manager. Davy has a master’s in mechanical engineering and a master’s in management from the KU Leuven in Belgium.
