3D Printing in Life Sciences Award Basel 2024

Pitching contest for research topics

The competition is aimed at researchers (students, doctoral students, post-docs, scientific staff) who work on topics in the field of “3D Printing for Life Sciences”.

Tell us about yourself, your team, your project, its innovative content and the positive impact in life sciences in a short presentation of 3 minutes and on a maximum of 3 slides.

Projects that have already been published as well as new projects can be submitted – regardless of whether they are individual works or works by research groups. An internal jury selects the 10 best submissions and enables the project representatives to present their work to the public in short pitches as part of their own session at the symposium.

The audience evaluates the best three pitches from these 10 participants based on the following criteria:

In addition to fame and glory and the opportunity to present the own work to a broad audience, consisting of industry representatives, scientists and other 3D printing experts, the winner of this pitching contest will receive the “3D Printing in Life Sciences Award Basel 2024” and additional recognition for the research work.
